Worship

At Merrimac UMC, a weekly worship service is held at 930 am on Sunday, with communion celebrated on the first Sunday of each month. Children of all ages are welcome, and the pastor shares a special message with the youngsters. Music is a major part of the service at Merrimac UMC. The choir performs regularly with accompanist, Kari. Other Sunday events include one or two hymn sings, outdoor worship, and other special guests performing and leading worship with praise and glory! Kids’ Sunday school classes and adult education classes are scheduled throughout the year.
